Studio M Salon requires that all clients give the salon at least 48 hours advanced notice if a reservation needs to be canceled, rescheduled or adjusted. If no prior notice is given, the client will be charged a minimum cancellation fee of $50. 

Studio M Salon requires a minimum $100 deposit for all major color services. If this appointment is cancelled without the proper 48 hours notice, the salon will keep the $100 deposit to compensate the stylist on their time. 

Any client running more than 15 minutes late may result in a cancelled or rescheduled appointment. If the client does not notify the stylist prior to running late, this will be considered a no-show appointment and may be charged 100% of the booked service total.
